This week I photographed Frank and Allie around some beautiful locations in Philadelphia, PA. We walked down the street from Allie’s apartment and started our session at the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps. You may know this spot from the iconic Rocky scene. We had gorgeous 60 degree weather and sun. It made all the difference and was so easy to casually walk around and use the architecture of the building for our backdrop.
I have known Allie since our early days in high school. She is always effortlessly chic and put together and looked so gorgeous for her engagement photos! I am counting down the days to their wedding this November. It is sure to be a celebration like none other knowing Allie’s super fun, super large Greek family!
Frank & Allie met during their final semester in college at Penn State. They were both fulfilling a PE credit and decided to take a ballroom dancing class. They hit it off and have been together ever since! They have since made Philly their home and I’m so happy we were able to capture their engagement session around some of their favorite spots.
We covered the Art Museum, Boathouse Row, the iconic City Hall building, and The Rodin Museum. I loved seeing this side of the city and hope that I get to come back someday for another session!
